三文鱼营养丰富,含维生素A、D、B12及B6和铁,钾,钙,镁,锰,锌,磷,硒等微量元素。
选购三文鱼可以选用新鲜或者冷藏都可以。我选用的是冷藏三文鱼。
1、取出冷冻三文鱼解冻后。洗干净把三文鱼放两片姜两片
柠檬泡一下,泡十分钟左右。
2、再烧开水上锅蒸20分钟。蒸熟以后把三文鱼红肉取出来,去除鱼皮鱼骨(注意

️鱼类都会有点骨头,建议妈妈细心一点把鱼骨清理干净,以免卡到宝宝)用手撕小小粒检查有没有鱼骨。
3、把西兰花提前用盐水泡好。洗干净锅用开水煮五分钟。
4、煮好后把三文鱼和西蓝花一起打碎,或者用研磨器研磨碎打碎后过滤。冲好米糊把三文鱼西蓝花泥放进去就可以了。
