I think the schedule depends on your immune results. i did the intralipids a few days after I got a BFP. I didn't do it pre-ovulation or pre BFP.  He bases all his treatments individually depending on your issues. I think that's why he has dif. protocols...but you can always ask him. He will explain it to you. He has told me that the research shows neup. shld be done until 9w....but so many women get nervous that he lets them take it till 11w. in my case, i was on it and then got my immune testing back and found out my NK's were slightly elevated so he said to stay on the neup. till 12w. the thing is he said that slightly elevated NK's aren't that important b/c it's the cytokines that really matter and mine were fine but to be extra-cautious and extra-aggressive he said to get another intralipid infusion and stay on the neup. i don't know costs--rc'd the neup from a friend for free,.

For me he said it was better at ovulation cause I appear to get pregnant (had 16 chemicals so based it on that)

But when I told him that my lining is on the thinner side he had me take neupogen earlier.  It worked great and it was the best lining I ever had.

He had me take intralipids 7 days before ovulation.

葵宝宝，理解NEW吧！我身边就有两个同事都结婚两三年了，一直没有怀孕，成天就是是不是快要排卵了，白带有没有拉丝，体温有没有升高，月经超了一两天三五天的就叨叨会不会怀孕了又不敢用试纸验孕怕失望！哎！！！

我不是不理解,我的年龄比new还高龄,我也一路很辛苦的走过来.我只是觉得new现在把这个好像当作是做研究做学问来做.

我看你好像有个狗狗，我最近也想养一只狗。我原来的狗狗16岁了今年四月的时候去了！好怀念有它的日子，我也很快乐。因为我流产的事，家里的亲戚都怪我家的狗狗，让狗狗背了黑锅！哎！
