I know Br does still use them successfully for his patients, sometimes along with Neu - and I've even heard that he will let patients use intralipids even when he sees no need - he told me the same thing on his message board, that they *can't hurt* so there is no reason not to do them if I am able to. But I'm a bit confused now....

<br/>My NK levels are activated according to Sher, Beer Center, and Kwak guidelines, but not worrisome according to Braverman. I've never had my TH1:TH2 cytokines tested though.營 wish I had, but once we got DQa results, we realized the results of other tests wouldn't really change our course of treatment in using Neu, so we decided not to waste anymore money on testing, and just get the Neu along with what we had already been doing. I have been doing intralipids for almost 2 years (along with lovenox and steroids) and still have had chemical pregnancies. I've now had 1 very aggressive IUI cycle (using an IVF protocol) in January with intralipids, neu, lovenox, and steroids with a suspected chemical pregnancy, and in March we had a failed Femara+low dose injects IUI with just Ne, lovenox, and steroids that was a totally negative cycle.

<br/>I'm on the fence about doing the intralipids BEFORE ovulation in this natural cycle (would need to be this weekend) and also if we need another IUI cycle in May - but would be prepared to have intralipids immediately upon getting a BFP if we are so blessed, and then I'd do them once every 3-4 weeks until 24 weeks - along with using Neu through week 12, just to be safe. If these 2 cycles don't work, we'll be doing our final IVF cycle in July, and for that I will do the intralipids before egg retrieval, along with Ne beginning on stim day 3.

<br/>For you ladies who have been successful - what would you do - intralipids before ovulation for these next 2 cycles, or just wait to see if we get a BFP first?
