The Rh blood group system consists of 49 defined blood group antigens, among which the five antigens D, C, c, E, and e are the most important.
The terms Rh factor, Rh positive and Rh negative refer to the Rh(D) antigen only.

上次产检遇到个熊猫血麻麻 她三十周了好像 ，医生要在她37周左右抽出她大概400毫升血 给她临产时备用 挺不容易的

  • karenxsq: RhD阴性的话，荷兰这边七个月的时候注射抗D，生完孩子后再注射到母乳喂养结束。不过这边还会查其他rh阴阳性，例如Rhc阴性也要在七个月重新查血，有抗体的话也要注射药物，预防新生儿黄疸。
