Miley Cyrus has responded to the teen who invited her to accompany him to prom, and there's good news and bad news. The bad news: she can't go with him. The good news? She wants to spend some up-close-and-personal time with him in his home state.

<br/>Phoenix high school student Matt Peterson asked Cryus to his prom in a video. In the clip, he reminisces about meeting her twice before, and invites her to accompany him to the May 3 event by saying, "I promise you it'll be the best night of your life. And if you aren't the slow-dancing type, no worries, I go to public school and grinding is allowed!"
